Subscriber Video Course

In this self-care course you’ll be taken on a journey of exploring 30 different self-care practices. This is a self-paced course so take as much or as little time as you need and feel free to skip around from video to video. The topics I’ll be covering are designed to be fairly easy to start implementing in your life with usually no cost involved. I know the challenges of starting self-care practices and feeling like you can’t fit it in your schedule or your budget, so these are designed to give you plenty of ideas and places to start. Don’t feel like you need to do them all. They are meant for ideas and inspiration as well as variety if you get in a rut with your self-care. I truly hope you enjoy this journey as much as I did in creating it.
